1. What services does Lexway Courier provide?

We offer fast, secure, and reliable delivery of both legal and non-legal documents, as well as small packages. Our services include document delivery, parcel transport, and specialized courier services for law firms, businesses, medical offices, and more.

 

2. What areas do you service?

 

We serve Tri-cities, Maple Ridge, Pit meadows, Burnaby, Vancouver, Surrey, Delta, Richmond, New Westminster, and surrounding areas. 

 

3. How can I pay for services?

 

To pay for our services, you can use e-transfer, cheque, or credit card. Kindly note that e-transfer and cheque payments are required within 15 days of the service date.

 

4. Can I change my payment method?

 

Yes! You have the option to choose or change your payment method before completing your payment. You can pay via e-Transfer, cheque, or credit card, depending on your preference.

 

5. How do I request a service?

 

To request a courier service, we recommend submitting a request via our website's "Service Request Form", as this is the most effective and preferred method. Alternatively, you can call us directly at 778-285-9090 or email us at info@lexwaycourier.ca.

 

6. Do you offer same-day delivery?

 

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for urgent document and parcel shipments within our service areas. Please contact us in advance to arrange for same-day service or request on-line.

 

7. How do I track my delivery?

 

Following your booking, an email confirmation will be sent. You will also be notified upon completion of your delivery.

8. What happens if my payment is late?

 

Payments are due within 15 days of the invoice date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, a 10% late fee will be applied. Invoices overdue by 30+ days may result in service suspension.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

 

If you need to cancel a scheduled pickup or delivery, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this time may incur a cancellation fee.

 

10. Do you handle court filings or legal documents?

 

While we specialize in legal document deliveries, court filings are excluded from our monthly subscription plans. We offer one-time services for court filing deliveries.

 

11. How do I get an invoice for my service?

 

An invoice will be sent to you via email after the completion of the service. Payment terms are Net 15, and a receipt will be provided once payment is confirmed.

12. How do you handle sensitive documents?

At Lexway Courier Services, we understand the importance of confidentiality and security, especially when it comes to sensitive documents. With our background in legal and business services, we prioritize the protection of your materials at every stage. All sensitive documents are placed in a secure safety box as soon as they are received and remain there until they are safely delivered to the recipient. We offer secure delivery options, including signature confirmation, to ensure the safe and private transportation of your documents.
